Terms and Conditions.

  1. Reveille Blue work in the capacity of a Recruitment 2 Recruitment business, where we are retained by Recruitment Companies to Identify, then Pre-Induct Talent from the Armed Forces who have the Aptitude to work in the Recruitment Industry. The Training we offer is worth over £5,000 should you undertake the same level of training with one of the recognised recruitment training providers, however there is no cost to yourself, as we receive a fee to compensate the cost of the training from one of the Recruitment Partners that we will introduce and subsequently hire you. Once you start the academy and for 8 weeks on completing the recruitment academy,  you agree to work with Reveille Blue  exclusively to secure you employment in recruitment.
  2. By agreeing to the above, should you secure employment in recruitment once you have started the academy WITHOUT the involvement of Reveille Blue and/or should you leave the Recruitment Company we introduce you to within 12 weeks and move to another recruitment company , without the involvement/introduction of Reveille Blue , you agree to pay compensation towards the cost of the training of £2500 . In the unlikely event that we have not secured you interviews in recruitment within 8 weeks of completing the academy, there is no compensation to pay should you then secure employment in recruitment without the involvement of Reveille Blue.
  3. Reveille Blue makes every attempt to run all courses, however reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule the course for whatever reason at any time.
  4. These Conditions are Fixed and Final.
